Schuntermann has developed, produced and commissioned two basic supply units and 21 laboratory supply units after coordinating the task with Miele.
The outputs of the control cabinet distributor are three-phase voltage regulators with autowinding for unbalanced loads. Each device consists of 21 separate control units, which are installed in Rittal enclosures. The outputs are galvanically connected to the power supply and can be adjusted independently of each other via three single-phase variable toroidal transformers with motor drive.
Each phase has its own controller, which controls the relevant control units in the laboratory power supplies independently of the other phases. The output voltage is set to the specified setpoint value separately for each phase via three external 0-10K potentiometers. This stabilises the set output voltage to an accuracy of +/- 1.0% regardless of mains fluctuations and load.
