Test equipment for current control are ready-to-connect units that supply a current that can be adjusted over a wide range. They are suitable for supplying ohmic, inductive and capacitive equipment. Within the intended operating range, there is no radio interference or additional harmonics.
The current setting is only achieved by changing the transformer voltage ratio. When used as intended, current control devices fulfil all EMC requirements and continue to work reliably even when loaded with non-interference-suppressed consumers. Test equipment for current control is manufactured in compliance with the relevant EU directives, European standards and VDE regulations, whereby constant adaptation to the state of the art is guaranteed. User-related requirements in terms of the type of circuit, equipment, ease of use and occupational safety determine the selection of a suitable current control system.
The single-phase or three-phase current control valves with an electromechanical control that compares the output current with the specified setpoint and automatically adjusts it. They can be equipped with analogue or digital controllers. The setpoint is specified via the potentiometer or an external setpoint voltage of 0-10 V DC, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA. The equipment is used for the continuous adjustment of alternating current and guarantee a stabilised output current of approx. +/- 0.5%.
